We would like to remind title companies and lenders that we are a small HOA with only volunteer management. We do not have a management company like so many HOAs. Because we depend upon a handful of volunteers, who have their own jobs to attend to, it can sometimes take several days to fulfill requests for information. We have had title companies request resale certificates for closing the next day. We try to impress upon them the need to plan a week or two ahead.
When you send a request for information, such as a resale certificate, using this form, all of the officers of our HOA receive it. This includes our treasurer who will contact you or process the request as soon as possible.
Although our treasurer can often help you in just a couple of days, it will sometimes take longer. Please plan for a week or more for processing time.
